See, during the recent financial revelations that led to me turning over all the finances to Gail, I've discovered I'm paying WAY too much to keep this blog up to date and looking good. I was also spending way too much money to promote a book that woefully few of you seem interested in purchasing.
So, since I don't want to stop blogging, but I don't want to break our financial backs either, I'm going back to where it all started... a free account on Blogger.
You won't find as many of the nice bells and whistles, but I think you'll like it. In fact, this post will be the first posted at the new site.
Once again, on Dec. 31, I will post my final post on http://parkinsondiary.com. After that, all new posts will be at http://parkybill.blogspot.com-- again, if you subscribe by feed and that's how you read this on a daily basis, nothing changes for you. But as of January 9 when my hosting account expires, this website will be gone... the site name will likely be grabbed by some charlatan who wants to rob you. Don't fall for it.
Between now and the 1st, I'll post constant reminders about changing the URL. Again, feed subscribers... just sit tight! I've already made the change on feedburner.com so it should be seamless.
And on we go.
